Parent Coaching

No one needs to know what you and your coach discuss, and you are allowed to take credit for the ideas that work out and blame the coach for the ones that don't. A parenting coach is a mixture of trusted friend, counselor, shoulder to cry on, cheerleader, and teacher. Their experiences with a large number and variety of families is available to help you with your specific problems. She can help you face challenges and change behaviors while they are small and easy to deal with. If they are already major problems, they can help you decide where to get appropriate assistance. Coaching is less expensive than counseling and may help save you the expense and difficulty of counseling later on.
